2. What data we collect

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect the data you enter: your name and last name, e-mail address, company (optional) and the content of your message, together with the date and time of submission.

When you visit the website, our server records technical data that every browser sends (IP address, browser type, time of access) for security and to operate the website.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use contact form data only to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare an offer or carry out business cooperation with you. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to handle it and any business relationship that follows from it, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

5. Recipients and third-party services

We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. Data may be processed by our website hosting and e-mail providers, only for the purposes above.

The website uses Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.) to display fonts and embeds a video from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). When these load, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address and may set cookies. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to info@mpt.si.
